I know there was a thread with the same stuff but it was kinda hard to read. This one is just text. I added some color to make it easier to read though. (RPM means rounds per minute)

Yeah that thing was too complicated, this is nice and simple. Also how much health does a person have with and without juggernaut?

It doesn't actually increase your health. It simply decreases bullet damage to 0.75 or by 25%. That's why grenades still kill Juggernauts.
Below: You start with 100 health I believe.
