Is this Legit?
The Amm-O-Matic is an unused vending machine in Verruckt, Shi No Numa and Der Riese. Although it cannot be seen or used in Der Riese, there is a stairway that leads up to it. The stairway is visible on the Der Riese Map, somewhere near Juggernog, but it seems that the idea was scrapped at the last second by Treyarch. Unused sound files that remain on the games disc confirm that this machine was designed to give the player a Max Ammo upon purchase.

From the Call of Duty Wiki:
The Amm-O-Matic is a Perk-A-Cola machine in Shi No Numa and Der Riese. It can only be used through unconventional gameplay (mod tools) in Shi No Numa, but is seen in both maps.
The Amm-o-matic Texture, found in Shi No Numa and Der Riese. In Der Riese, there is a stairway that leads up to it. This Perk-A-Cola machine can be accessed by glitch or mod. The glitch does require one man to stay behind and the mod could get the user banned. It costs 1500 points to use. The stairway is visible somewhere near the Thompson sub-machine gun, and the room it is in is finished down to the last detail but it seems that the idea to make it usable was scrapped at the last second by Treyarch. The Amm-O-Matic is proven to give Max Ammo to the player using it. [1] Bits of audio in the Call of Duty: World at War game files can be found that relate to the Amm-O-Matic. It is unknown why it was scrapped.
Trivia:
One possible reason for it being taken out was the creators may have thought in unfair to the zombies.
It is possible to see a PPSh-41 on the wall by the doorway to the Amm-O-Matic, possibly because of the fact that this weapon loses its ammo very quickly on the higher rounds of the game.
A poster for the Amm-O-Matic can be seen in the Doctor's Quaters in Shi No Numa.
