what you do is you go down underneath the walkway to the part with the camoflauge netting then look at the ground you will see a little brook thingy flowing into the larger part of the water what you want to do is go as close to the main body of water as you can while in prone while the camoflauge netting is still in front of you and set up your bipod, you should be fully under the water/ ground

lolz this is ages old i found the first one back long time ago all you do is put a bipod in the water and you body goes under but you cant do anytying from there sorry.. =[
