1. This should be in glitch questions.
2. There is no on the roof/out of map for 360/PS3 that is currently known.
3. USE THE SEARCH FEATURE FOR OTHER GLITCHES.

Exactly what LoMonkey said, there are NONE. There are glitches, but use the search tool to look for what you want.
