I would guess its another ****-up by treyarch, trying to fix a glitch by putting a huge invisable wall in the way, and instead making a Skywalk possibility, just like on Asylum.

Well I subscribed, the height looks to be just a bit higher than the first elevator by the church. It's got to be either a damn elevator or a bayonet jump. I'm thinking that maybe it's an elevator close to the church tower or somewhere else high, otherwise it's a big elevator.
