I just wanted your views on the fact that both the 'ouble Tap' Perk and 'Slight of Hand' Perk do not improve the fire rate of bolt action rifles.

Personally i prefer to use a Mosin-Nagant without a scope because i like the field of vision and find it easier to aim therefore more effective. I was dissapointed that no perk could offer an increase of fire rate, in terms of recocking the rifle.

You could argue i should use a Semi-Automatic rifle, but i dont find the same satisfaction from killing with such weapons. Also the Nagant was my weapon of choice as a MOHAAS player.
