You go all the way to the East end of the map. You will see the house that you can walk through. If you go prone under it you will find a wet suit and scuba gear in the corner. Press the L trigger button 3 times then spin around Counter clockwise five times and you will then have the suit on. Sorry just got really bored. I didn't about this trick either so nice post!
