From RedArmy side run to where i marked on the map
jump on the stairs railing and turn to the right and you can see under the floor (Right stair railing)

BTW: I know about the whole elevator glitch but ..might be something here...i don't know

nice find but its just a lil crack in the game there are hundreds of them all around every map if you look for them they just dont go anywhere unfortunitaly

theres also a crack in courtyard under the stairs at the corner of the wall. everytime i tried to get into it i would get stuck.
