easy way to remember is

.mp.ff = multiplayer.

i don't know about this on any game bit im sure on the cods.

if it has say .mp in it yo know it's used for multiplayer.

like say you were doing cod4 lobbys. you edit the file with mp in it's name.

but if you wanted to mod cod4 solo. you go to the file with sp in it's name . meaning single player. Happy

xbox doesn't mod W@W using patches.. (at least, haven't found a single one yet, so pretty sure)
