The only reason he did this was to advertise his website, he probably doesn't even like the game, it's just that when you look at the top of the boards for kills you see: corerockband.com

Then for every 1000 people that see that, 10 mite go on the actual site, and 1 might buy a cd which gets them $10

So if 100,000 people saw the leaderboards 100 might buy a cd, so thats $1000 for them!
