i try to transfer ftp and it gives me an error half way through

i'm not siding with anybody but i d'ld the mappacks and installed them with jailbroke ti84 running hermes v.4 with retail package ----the only problem is i think the links for mp 1 & 3 are bad ----i installed them but veruckt and der riese can not be opened and the description under the map name is in some language i have no idea what it is ----but it definitly says something about a problem with ps store ----so still looking for some good u.s. links for 1 & 3 mappacks
