I have mine in between medium and high. To me it seems to work the best not being too slow but not too fast so that I spin past people.

To change your sensitivity hit start while playing and go to options and I'm pretty sure it is in there.

I'm just above high which is 5, great for quick scoping and noscoping

I keep mine on 7

i have mine on 3 witch is between medium and high when playing. for strafing i have it at 8

i have mine on 10 (insane) its takes a while to get used to it tho!
