Tutorial

Firstly, jump directly under the wooden pole (tip) and double tap (B), and you should float up. Next move right a little and jump into the tree, then the house.

Sorry for black and white and no sound, my capture card nor vegas wasn't working so I had to do it in windows media player.

Absolutely not new glitch and kinda useless in game.
Better one is behind that house where you float in the air,
and can get access to inside secret room by jumping from one roof to another.
You can get in by doing this glitch to the same house as mentioned by DazZ_1.

Actually it isn't useless, I used it in a SnD game and went 13-1 :|
You can see around the A bomb pretty clearly, and it is pretty hard to see you in there unless you look close.
