depends on what DISC ID you have..
i have uploaded the entire BLES00354 folder a while ago, so FTP that to your ps3 hdd & it should work..
when you're US idk, you'd have to find someone who will upload the folder for you

btw, does your disc drive work ? you can just connect your ps3 to internet & download the newest patch (without updating to 3.50)
