This has already been found but you did it on the opposite side. And you can't kill people. There is a barrier blocking the bullets.

on the video, he shot the guy when he fired through the wall. obviously there is a barrier where you can see though...but if you shoot through the wall you can kill people.

Yeah through the side of it which is gonna be hard to kill people with. They would have to go right infront of it like the guy that got killed did.
