Yeah the springfield is the worst weapon in zombies, the colt is better

Ej, the PTRS is decent on zombies, it's a 1 hit kill through out the first few rounds, and if you have a good tactic where one person guards the door (with the PTRS) the zombies all line up nicely, you can shoot through all of them, getting a lot of headshots as this gun has the biggest bullet penetration

Personally, my favorite is the Ray Gun, Carnage!!!

Raygun+trenchgun in the upstairs far cornerner next to on window next to trench gun spawn

My fave without a doubt would be the magnum. The springfield sucks in zomvs

Yeah magnum is the 3rd best weapon

1st is browning
2nd is ray gun
3rd is magnum
