Well getting Dbl Xp after that time is really easy just keep ur systems on. Last double Xp i got home at 130, and my cousin has been playing since the morning and he tried to invite me and it said u have a newer playlist therefore cannot play with this user. So right now im in school and i left my system on on the call of duty WaW game at the party sceen and however long u keep ur system on thats how long u will have dbl xp. It stops working once the population of ppl sign off so idk, my cousin said he kept getting into the same matches with the same ppl lol.

you wont be able to play with any1 hus not on dble xp, in other words ppl hu have turned there ps3 off, u wont be able 2 play ur m8s iswell and ppl online coz every wud have turned there ps3 off
