it floats because wen u get a teddy bear the box moves away to a different part of the map and u have to find it (it is usually were juggernaut is which is downstairs)

The way it is floating is because when you spin the random box for a weapon, if you get a teddy bear it picks up the box and moves it somewhere else on the map
