So it is the same steps as injecting a MW2 mod patch cept this time i will be doing a WAW mod patch just wasnt sure if same method apply here.. yes I have both 3.41,3.55 recommend a good patch to use ?

If you mean do you download 3.41 firmware if you're on 3.5-3.55 because you are a noob to this then..No. If you had a 3.41 Ps3 and a Jailbreaking device then, you'd be going the right way.
