(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I've seen very little discussion of the M2 Flamethrower here, or anywhere else for that matter. Its obviously not a favourite weapon with many, so I'd like to hear your opinions.
I've rarely ever seen it used online as well. Am I to believe this is purely ecause you only unlock it at 65, and at that stage most people would be eager to move on and prestige? Or do people plain just hate it?

Myself, I absolutely love it. According to my stats on the COD website, its my used weapon with over 1000 kills. Its a challenge to use, and in the case of some game modes (such as Ground War and Domination) its a deciding factor in victory. That, and a massive fueltank on your soldier's back looks amazingly cool.
I have one major complaint about it though; often when I encounter an enemy who spots me as fast as I spot him in close combat, we end up killing each other (and onscreen it says I killed him through unknown methods; the skull and crossbones symbol). Not only is this frustrating, its unfair. Even if I use Juggernaut, I still end up in the same predicament. Is this a fault on Treyarch's behalf? Does the Flamethrower negate Juggernaut or something?

Well, I dont think its a great weapon, it's good just not great. Also, no it does not negate Juddger it just takes 0.5 - 1 second longer to kill.

The Flame is easy to shoot at, shooting randomly at the flame usually killz the Flame user. Once he is dead, the flame starts to wear off. Overheating is annoying. Well, the Flame can be beaten easily.

Whenever I play with Flame users they start burning me first but they end up dead. I'd rather just use Bomb Squad.

I don't really use it, but when i did, I used it in hq and got lots of kills

Its an awesome weapon but it is not that effiecient

When you kill each other, this is what happens.

You run into each other, you flame, he shoots, you die first, him burning dies second, you are dead at the time, so the skull and crossbones appears

i dnt reli like to use it i think bouncing betties are better its just not that effective

Its cool, but it takes too much to kill someone, ive sprayed someone dead on with it then they've turned around and killed me WHILE burning and turning black.

Use double tap!
It makes it shot faster!!!!
