It has to be your connection or something wrong with your console, it only took me at most 10minutes

If your ps3 is wireless, try hooking it up directly to your router with an Ethernet cable, if that doesn't work then I don't know...sorry!

Do a barrel roll!
go on your connection settings and go to the bottom and disable the bottom thing
