im pretty sure it was but not properely coz if you hit it anywhere eles you dont bounce high enough

It was patched somewhat. But this is the "new" way to get in the glitch. You cant strafe jump into the old bounce spot anymore. I can do this almost everytime i try now. Its easier than it was before. If you keep getting stuck try looking right a little and tapping A as much as you can.
