All of them are annoying! Bouncing betties are annoying because please camp in there and then when you blow one up to get in the person in there gets you.

Play HC... So no tanks, Juggernoob does virtually nothing on HC, Extreme conditioning catches campers off guard(S&), And I have bomb squad on 4 out of 9 of my classes. So let them noobs do what they want, As long as they don't have MP40's.

Juggernaut User's = Stopping Power.. It'll be like taking candy from a baby x333.
Bouncing Betty User's = Bomb Squad.
Camper = Allow them to come to you not them... No Matter how long it takes the turd's to come to you. Most likely, It's newcomers to the game so there highly likely not use a Suppressor.
Tanker's = Make sure you have C4/Satchel Charges and Sticky Grenades to defeat Tanker's..

But, Yeah.. The one's that get annoyed at are Tanker's... I Find Juggernaut User's Cool (H)

I plant betties myself and they're easy to avoid even without bomb squad.

Either just have your aimer down a lil lower so you can spot any flashing lights.

Or just jump backwards when you hear one shooting up, if you're on core if you jumped back quick enough you will avoid it completely or just get hurt a bit. It takes practice but I rarely get hit by betties now.

Another tip is to avoid obvious spots for betties. If theres a door leading to the HQ, climb through a window or something...
