ps3 with WIFI its Suc*s
since u already try a lot of patch it seen like it kould be u with the problem.
make sure u ps3 has internet with a ethernet cable
if using a router
i rekomend asign a static IP to the ps3,
open ports for COD games or put ur ps3 IP on the router DMZ
if u dont know how to doit GOOGLE IT.

Karoolus patches they r the best out there
also try my Karoolus mp mod-menu, i edited it look pretty nice
