also sorry if you cant tell what im doing so here is a text tut as well.
1.start on chinese side and run left till you get to the bridge.
2.lye down on the far corner of the bridgle like i did then towards toward the water.
3.crawl forward and sprint at the same time and you should be in the glitch.
4.to get out just crouch.

Stinks that you cant shoot through the bridge but if it makes a good hiding spot i will probally use it.

It might work with deep impact. It is definitely something worth trying.

its alright if you're trying to get the survivalist challenge or something but other than that it doesn't help out much. Nice job finding a glitch though
