i had that problem at first but i figured it out. after you get everyone in the game that wants in the lobby, start the match up.

open menu, and add aleast 3 or 5 bots in, then make it ranked match. (after you hit rank match , people cant join in) then after everyone does what they need they have to get a kill or die, usually i just turn on aimbot and kill everyone. let me know if this helps.
