Perk 1 - Bandolier for hq or something for search and destroy betties Perk 2 - Stopping Power Perk 3 - Steady Aim for no scoping but if you're good at aiming in then iron lungs. Hope this helped m8 +rep leave your name

but say for example i have sleight of hand will it still be one bullet kill?

you have more possibilities to 1 shot take down with the PTRS than any other gun with sleight of hand
