First off these hacks are old. They have since been patched and don't work anymore by the various anti-cheat software that invidual servers run. The XP was set up by the individual servers that were hosting the games, this too has been eliminated by Treyarch (I think their update 1.3? Not entirely sure which one). Notice how none of these are done on any of the new maps, even Makin Day.
