I would have to say both for a good reason.

I use bomb squad for when my team is attacking, betty's for when I'm defending.

They both go hand in hand on that gametype.

Bomb squad, betties is for when you want kills. bomb squad is for when you want to stay alive.

I use bomb squad for almost every class except my ninja and sniper class.

I love blowing up bettys and not dying.

I use bomb squad on every class except sniping, it is good for rushing but it has it downtimes. On airfield you can hardly see them!
