Right, here is the princible of getting out:

Remember in Multiplayer, the bipod glitch? Getting out of Makin and other maps?

What you do, is get a bipod and "somewhere" in the jugganog room is the mount glitch (on someone's head) Do the "Y" or "Triangle" thing and you can get out!
