Here is proof it can be done on consoles. Idk if I should post this in a new thread or leave it in here.

wow, its so hard on console, yet for some reason when i try and stack i bounce off the persons head. Its really annoying.

Practice. I had that same problem. It's not like you're gonna be able to do it first try. You will get it trust me.
