They are both great sniper rifles that inflict great damage but in my opinion PTRS is overall better to snipe with

PTRS, just because I use it more then the Barret .50 Cal

ok, the Barret .50 cal is a BEAST. the sound that it makes is incredible. and it just rips anything it shoots apart

PTRS way better for quick scoping and inflicts great damage with good accruacy.

True the 50 cal. is awesome in both sound and power.......takes alot of practice to get good with. The PTRS is so quick to shoot and although a little less powerful than the 50 Cal. it is still my choice for quick accurate sniping and multiple quick kills. I have used both extensively and are very good with both but I LOVE THE PTRS!! ha ha FUN FUN FREAKING INSANE!!

50cal is better in my opinion... but i still like the m1 grand with scope better, and for cod4 the m1ao3 or w/e it is(first sniper)
