some ideas :

-a system for send message but the host choose his text, all players can see the message and it disapear gradualy
(a mass message)
if this is not possible, add predefined message
for exemple :
"welcome"
"fun game !"
"discoooooo mode ! so funky !"

-a welcome message like " Welcome on 'name of the host' party, let's go for very fun game "
activate by the host in host menu
( and send to all players )

-active disco mode for all players when host active "disco mode, all players" option
and not only for the person who active it

-beating text with host name

-stealth mode ?

Enit Why Big XP? loool :p You should add stuff that no1 has seen, and add more options to the player options like derank and stuff.
