Binds:
Select is 10th prestige
Start is toggle unlimited ammo
DPAD UP is godmode
DPAD DOWN is noclip
DPAD LEFT is give all
DPAD RIGHT is demigod
Sets:
Super Clantags
Wallhack
Radar Always On
Hacked MOTD
Custom Class Hacks
Colored Reload Warning
What Else:
This Non Host Patch now has BzH35's Challenge Lobby Patch

Personally i like devil modz edited cl patch better then BzH35's patch
Features:
Added Devil Mods Edited Karoolus CL Patch
Added Promod bind to square button
Added Change Team by pressing start
Added Reset Promod to Start button
Added snd unlimited lives to dpad up

UPDATE v4.7
This is just a small update
Features:
This patch now is compatible with ff viewer.
Toke out pro mod (it annoyed me)
Toke out 10th prestige (on request)
Put give dogs on dpad left (to use dogs just switch to default layout and activate)
Brought colored ping bars back
Made name red in party
Toke out Wallhack (it was annoying to most people)

i thought it was useful so i used it. i went into a few patches for dvars. such as Karoolus's patches and BzH35's patch. its what most people do to get scripts and dvars. because personally i dont like looking through 2000+ dvars for good ones.
