To be honest, i think you will probably have more fun with HQ so just do that over S&

I think it is only if you boost with a clan. The best way to rank up I have found for me is S& with 100 xp a plant/defuse or 50 xp a kill 25 an assist you can't go wrong. Headquarters is pretty good for points too but I don't play it much.

I play S & D when I first play the game until I've reached 10th prestige, then I start playing other things for the kills. I hate HQ though. It's for noobs that need points that can't get them themselves and the HQ position is always such BS where it goes. It will go right next to the other team and then they cap it in 5 secs.

No, if you are playing with friends, I recommend HQ, when playing alone I recommend S&. Other than those, if you are also with friends and you want kills and alot of Xp and you know where they spawn on maps, I recommend Sabatoge spawn killing.
