Okay, first place one bettie anywhere as you would with the perk machine. Then get your team mate to go into last stand. Find a spot where you can place the bettie and still revive your team-mate. Place the bettie then as it hits the floor like in the perk machine glitch hold square, after you do this you will have no gun.

I find it so much easier to just buy the perks. It's not like its hard to get enough points to do it every round.
