No scopes as in No scope on your gun or No scoping as in scope on your gun and hip fireing?

If you mean with no scope on your gun than I say Mosin Nagant.

If you mean no scoping with a scope on your gun and hip-fireing than I would recommend using a springfield.

Either the Kar98 or the Springfield, both of these have the best accuracy out of the rest of the Bolt Action Rifles. I like to use the Springfield, it has got me tons of no-scopes, which is pretty no scope with in my opinion.

i like the springfield or if you can get pretty close the ptrs.. but we are talking really close

Yea I don't like the PTRS for no scoping...Way too hard

The Mosin-Nagant (Мосин-Нагант without doubt. Reloads much faster than any other gun and is still very powerful. The PTRS does take some time to reload and can cost you a kill (trust me).
