Tutorial:
1. Get rebug 3.55.1 or 3.41.2 and install that on your ps3.
2. Install the rebug selector and go rebug mode + menu 2
3. Reboot your ps3.
4. Go to debug settings in: Settings > Debug settings and then go down to "NP Environment" and type in "prod-qa" without the quotes.
5. Reboot your ps3.
6. Create a new user and go to Quick sign up. You will probably have to be USA if you're in the UK as prod-qa only works for the USA .
7. Go to the internet browser on your ps3 and go to this link: You must login or register to view this content.
8. Select the WaW map packs ( or any ones you like :p ) and select the "Go to PSN store".
9.Buy it, don't worry you don't need any funds LoL!
10. Download it and enjoy!

Does this still work..? Also do the map packs still work after being data transferred to a 3.61 PS3?
