Unsure on the number of perk machines but it looks like four. They are randomized so you cant choose which perk machine you want at a particular moment...

Fertilizer Man - Kill 200 zombies in a single game. (Bronze)

u got it reversed, 1st pic is clear enough to see 3 slots, how is the 2nd pic suppose to be clearer wen it only shows 2 slots cuz the other one is blurred out, ya the 1st pic just added one slot magicly and takes it off every time u take every other picture
