Ok guys i got to level 16 with THREE people, it was quite easy.
DO not stay @ one place for more then 2 rounds, this map deserve lots of moving. Its better to move with the box. When you get dogs, try to find the nearest close ended corner. Its good to have a PPSH/RAYGUN/MAGNUM/WW when dogs come aboard.
