The bullets are limited for a reason. It's not made to kill stray zombies. It kills a whole pack with one bullet. Seriously, it doesn't need more ammo, you just need to learn to use it correctly instead of wasting the bullets on one or two zombies.

annoying when you get it straight away you waste the ammo on stray zombies, and as a conserver of ammo i dont tend to use it till i die

well it is good and its bad its good because it can over 10 zombies if there all grouping up, and the bad things are it runs out of ammo really quick with out noticing it and if your near a teamate it sometimes can shock them.
