First play the random box until it gives you the Teddy bear, then go to the house(or hut) that has the random box and:
1. Go buy a gun in the random box
2. While the weapons are randomizing go buy a perk,
3.While drinking the perk walk and take your gun on the random box.....

and there you go, Make sure to take the gun before the soldier stops drinking the perk cola
