you got to throw grenades under him until his feet get stuck on the top of the gate then he falls. if it doesn't restart or kill you just go up to him on the ground and knife him a couple of times. then you will die.

i have discovered somethign weird, if u throw a grenade to one of the speakers of the main room it stucks there and when it explodes the hanging man moves its quite weird
