(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); last night me and a few friends were trying glitches we were at the quick revive and ran and jumped at the left hand side of the perk machine the zombies ran to the other side of the map but still came through the window but didn't come through the main entrance when one of us went outside they came at us in a straight line we tried it again in another game but couldn't repeat it if anybody wants to try and see if it will work feel free to do so i did this on ps3

I think I know the answer to why you encountered this glitch.

When you down (and die fully) then when you jump near a perk machine it creates a barrier to the last place you died. This could be what happened to you.
