you jump to the lower railing.... you can get higher then shown in the video... this was made quickly to get it out and known.

Yes, great video when they don't work. I tried for 3 hours last night and nothing. When you get onto the flogger fence there's no where to jump up because of an invisible wall right above you and with the roof glitch you can get to the top but then as soon as you jump you just fall down.

I can usually get any glitch on the first / second try and so can my friends. None of us could get either one to work.

i tried the one to gt on top the house i got half way, shit is mad hard lol. the logger one is confusing as hell there's no space to jump and crouch.
