Your network is blocking the connection to Matchmaking. Set up whatever console you have to use a Static IP and set that Static IP to be on a DMZ

I dont think thats the problem tho. I can get into any multiplayer match. its just the co op

cuz theres lot of ppl on the server....just leave it finding for a while and it will eventually find 1
