declare (dis)advantages like this:
RTD[number].name = "Advantage Name Here";
RTD[number].func = ::function;
RTD[number].Text = "Text To Show When Rolled";
should make it a lot easier to execute the mods
will update code once i have a solid working base
Make it godmode for like 3-5 secs.
Excorsist (Can only crawl. But crawls really fast)
Flamethrower only
Disco (Make it change vision every 1-2 secs)

1000 health (No health regen)

DO SOMETHING THEN!
Turn into a default actor, then back into normal after 3 seconds then back into default actor etc.
Have a blackscreen for 1 second every time you miss a shot at someone (or the opposite).
Have forge mode (which works on people) for 30 seconds.
Change visions every 5 seconds, would piss me off. :p
Weapon cycle every 10 seconds.
Have a chance to be able to call out 'God Mode' dogs :p
I'll add more when I'm bored =D

By midget i mean like u can only crouch and cant stand. Maybe u have a better idea than that though
