Post: Hanging man secret/easter egg?

]My point of view:My friends and I were throwing grenades at the zombie. Eventually, as some people know, it falls down from the rope. Well, this happened. Me and my friend continued to knife it. Suddenly, a screen comes up like you have died in campaign. The game then restarted to level 1, without going to the lobby, or loading the game again. Strange? Yes. But there is more... After this, the hanging man was on the floor again, without us meddling with it. We started knifing it, but after nothing happened, we continued with the game. Suddenly, I started to lag. I check the player stats (pressing select) and noticed i had one bar. My gun started to fire at a modded control pace (Arisaka). My screen then went back to the loading screen (shows the four characters and map). After loading, the screen went totally black, flashed to an extreme white, then faded back to black. This whole time me and my friends were talking, without any mic. lag. My screen continued to be black forcing me to turn my xbox off than on. When turned on, everything was fine...Strange? Very...
Added Notes:My friends told me that while all of the above was happening to me, they were dead but the game wasn't restarting. Then, they too saw a white flash and the game restarted. But, my character (Nikolai I might add) was standing with no gun (as if you were doing a multiple weapon glitch in verruckt) not moving, and standing straight and looking up. Not the usual hunched back.
Call me a liar if you must, but this is based on what my friends told me and what I experienced.

the developers put that in there. Sometimes when this happens, you restart with every thing that you had.(WunderWaffe, Ray Gun, Juggernaut, ect.) Oh, and you have all of your points too.
