in the doctors quarters of shi no numa there is a small slab of paper with the words (it might be powering HAARP but comes with a risk may be) then it is unreadable this could be reffering to the element 115 i did reaserch and read that HAARP was a site in Alaska that the U.S mlitary used to conduct research on auroral waves during WWII this could mean that the next map is there in Alaska, there could be a new aurora based weapon, it could be another clue to the element 115 mystery, or it could mean nothing.
