1.Well first open Comm Room

2.Down yourself in the doorway between the mystery box room and the telephone achievement room(or back in the telephone room,or anywhere in the map).

3.Bleed out.....then when you respawn head to Comm Room,and where the lever is for the electric barrier run,jump,and crouch under it and there should be a barrier wherever you downed yourself....
